LEED Facilitation Services Green Tree will facilitate client during Concept, Design and Construction Stage to obtain LEED Certification for across all the credits. Energy assessments have two principle purposes: Firstly, to determine the amount of energy consumed in each process or function in creating a comfortable environment, and Secondly, to calculate the potential savings for the same. Energy Simulation Services We, at Green Tree, would provide the Comprehensive Energy Assessment for the proposed development, thereafter all design parameters are added to the energy model for over all energy consumption assessment. Further the overall energy consumption is then compared to Baseline model thereby evaluating the possible credit points. Based on the achieved credit points, Energy Conservation Measures are evaluated to further improve performance of the building. Daylight Simulation Services The proposed development would be modeled and simulated for assessing the daylight intensity in all the regularly occupied areas. In the computer analysis method, the daylight analysis is done by creating a model in ECOTECT and then simulating it in DAYSIM software. Further the daylight simulation results are then be analyzed and compared to LEED mandatory standards. Tender and Design Documents Review Services This stage further includes the following submittals: Overall guidance to facilitate the project Design team to select materials/ equipment to meet the mandatory and optional requirement. Vet the tender document to ensure the tender technical specification include all the LEED rating system requirements. LEED Commissioning Services GreenTree facilitates client with respect to following services during different stages of the project,   EDGE Certification Consultancy Services Green Tree facilitates client with respect to following services during different stages of the project, "The solution is EDGE, a green building Certification system for emerging Markets created by IFC, a member of The World Bank Group. EDGE is a measurable way for builders to optimize their designs, leading to a more investment-worthy and marketable product. By keeping certification fast and inexpensive, EDGE keeps pace with the momentum that developers need to stay ahead of green building practices"

EPD In life cycle assessment, an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a standardized way of quantifying the environmental impact of a product or system. Declarations include information on the environmental impact of raw material acquisition, energy use and efficiency, content of materials and chemical substances, emissions to air, soil and water and waste generation. Product and company information is also included. An EPD is created and verified in accordance with the International Standard ISO 14025, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). EPDs are based on a Life-cycle assessment according to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044. While EPDs do educate consumers about the product and its environmental impact, consumers should know that it is for disclosure purposes only, and does not mean that the product meets any environmental performance standards LCA: Life-cycle assessment Life-cycle assessment (LCA, also known as life-cycle analysis, eco-balance, and cradle-to-grave analysis) is a technique to assess environmental impacts associated with all the stages of a product's life from raw material extraction through materials processing, manufacture, distribution, use, repair and maintenance, and disposal or recycling. Designers use this process to help critique their products. LCAs can help avoid a narrow outlook on environmental concerns by: Compiling an inventory of relevant energy and material inputs and environmental releases; Evaluating the potential impacts associated with identified inputs and releases; Interpreting the results to help make a more informed decision. EIA Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) EIA is the assessment of the environmental consequences (positive and negative) of a plan, policy, program, or actual projects prior to the decision to move forward with the proposed action. In this context, the term "environmental impact assessment" (EIA) is usually used when applied to actual projects by individuals or companies and the term "strategic environmental assessment" (SEA) applies to policies, plans and programmes most often proposed by organs of state. Environmental assessments may be governed by rules of administrative procedure regarding public participation and documentation of decision making, and may be subject to judicial review.

GreenTree Building Consultants

Building design and construction is developing with the considerations of Sustainability issues. Now a day’s Building and Industries owners are more concern about environment and better Indore environment quality. Green Tree Building Consultants is providing the consultancy services to its clients with the “care of Environment, service delivery on Time, Young and energetic technical stuff and Commitment”

Green building rating or labeling systems are an effective tool for incentivizing the construction sector and material suppliers to become greener by applying more sustainable building practices. In Bangladesh, green rating of buildings is still in a nascent stage due to the absence of a specific standard/ scheme that could help in promoting a wide-ranging application. Conveying the immediate benefits and establishing a demand for green buildings thus requires a multi-dimensional approach. Aspects, such as raising awareness on pay-back periods, creating technical expertise of green building and their construction, or access to finance need to be considered and addressed. However, present typical construction systems in Bangladesh are not energy and water efficient which leads to high energy and water demand in the building sector.

GTBC is supporting Industry and Building owners especially in RMG & Real state to make their building green, energy efficient. Our core expertise is facilitating in Building Design, Green Building Materials Certification (EPD, LCA), LEED Certification process and Energy Audit in Industries. For our Last five years operating we found that our building and industries have huge opportunity to save energy and minimize operational cost.
